About the role

Eris Travel is hiring a Travel Consultant in Erbil to build trips end to end — flights, hotels, visas and tours — for travellers who expect their questions answered fast and their plans handled with care. You will be the person a customer trusts with a honeymoon, a family Umrah, or a last-minute business flight, and the one who makes each of them feel simple.

Requirements

Experience selling travel, or strong customer service in a related field
Confident with flight, hotel and visa booking systems
Kurdish and Arabic; English is a real advantage
Calm under a full inbox and a ringing phone
